In October 2021 a State Board of Education member said, "Have you thought about creating a Portrait of a Gifted Learner?" And so it began. Join this session to learn more about the Portrait and how the work completed by a committee of 15 can support your Gifted Education Program. This session will introduce the Portrait of a Gifted Learner, the MO-GLOs, and more.
